Carole started in real estate in 1979 in Crown Point, Indiana. She worked for a real estate
appraisal company called "Art Handley & Associates". Carole had her own typing service company at the time
and was hired by Art Handley to do office work and type appraisals. After a year, the real estate Broker,
Art Handley, asked her if she was interested in becoming an appraiser. Art trained her to do refinances
and 1st mortgages for many local banks, credit unions and mortgage companies.
Among her clients were Bank
One, Chase, Tech Credit Union, Indiana Federal, and many other banks and credit unions in the Northwest
Indiana area. Her territory was South Chicago and Northwest Indiana, Lake, Porter and Jasper Counties.
Carole also sold real estate in the Northwest Indiana area for many years after and became a Top Agent in 1993,
1994 & 1995 in the Coldwell Banker Corning Real Estate Office. She decided to move to Carmel in the late part
of 1995 to be near her children.
Since then she has been selling real estate for various companies and
joined the F. C. Tucker Company in 2007 with the Peg Tharp Team. Carole's specialty in the past has been
company relocations, first time buyers and Top Listing Agent. |
